GTA 6 is not on Nintendo Switch. Rockstar’s published launch platforms are PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on November 19, 2026. The official VI hub does not list Switch, Switch OLED, or Switch 2.
That is the whole answer for the search. Handheld mockups do not add a SKU.
What “not on the list” means
Leonida Afterhours treats missing platforms the same way. PS4 is not listed. Xbox One is not listed. PC is not listed. Switch sits in that group.
A later port can happen. Red Dead and GTA have shown up on unexpected storefronts years after launch. That history is not a 2026 Switch tile. We will not write “probably day one on Switch 2” to win a click.

Standard is $79.99 USD. Ultimate is $99.99 digital. Those prices are for the listed consoles. There is no official Switch price because there is no official Switch product.
Switch 2 rumors
After Nintendo announced a successor, every big third-party game picked up a Switch 2 rumor. VI is an obvious one. Until Nintendo, Rockstar, or Take-Two publish a listing, it stays rumor.
Cloud-stream pitches are the same rule. If a service does not name Grand Theft Auto VI, do not pre-order a handheld on that hope.
If you want a machine that is actually on the box art conversation, use platforms and best console for GTA 6. Those pages stay inside the published hardware.
Do not buy a “Switch key”
Marketplace listings for a GTA 6 Switch code are not an official path. There is no eShop SKU to redeem. That is how people buy a screenshot.
Pre-order the listed consoles through the pre-order guide if you want a real license. The homepage countdown is for November 19, 2026 on those consoles, not for a handheld date Rockstar has not written.

FAQ
Is GTA 6 coming to Nintendo Switch?
It is not announced. Official launch platforms are PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
Will GTA 6 be on Switch 2?
Not announced. A rumor thread is not a SKU. Wait for Nintendo or Rockstar to list it.
Can I play GTA 6 on a Switch if I own it on PS5?
No official Switch version exists, so there is no official play-anywhere path onto Switch.
Is GTA 6 on PS4 or Xbox One instead?
No. Last-gen is not on the launch list. See the PS4 and Xbox One guides.
When does GTA 6 come out on consoles that are listed?
November 19, 2026 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Digital preload begins November 12, 2026.
Why do Switch store mockups exist?
Anyone can mock a store tile. A mockup is not Nintendo eShop inventory.
