Only Raw Records connects several GTA VI characters through a fictional music business. Rockstar describes Dre’Quan Priest’s ambitions, Boobie Ike’s investment in their partnership and Real Dimez signing to the label. Those relationships appear in the official character biographies.
Who does what?
| Character or act | Connection described by Rockstar |
|---|---|
| Dre’Quan Priest | Aspiring music mogul building a career in the Vice City scene |
| Boobie Ike | Business partner invested in the label’s success |
| Real Dimez | Duo signed to Only Raw Records |
| Bae-Luxe and Roxy | The two performers who make up Real Dimez |
The table is a relationship summary, not a legal ownership chart. Rockstar’s biographies do not supply shareholder percentages, a complete staff list or contracts.
Why signing Real Dimez is important
Real Dimez have a history before the label deal. Rockstar describes Bae-Luxe and Roxy as longtime friends who used tracks and social media to get attention. An earlier collaboration with local rapper DWNPLY brought them a breakthrough.
By the current story setup, they are looking for another major hit. Dre’Quan wants to move further into Vice City’s music scene. The label connects those ambitions and gives Boobie a reason to care about what happens next.
Is Only Raw Records the official soundtrack label?
Keep the fictional business separate from the real-world GTA VI album. Rockstar’s music page presents the album, radio previews and original score as distinct parts of the game’s music offering.
A real artist appearing on the album does not automatically become an employee or character at Only Raw Records. A track being promoted outside the game also does not establish a story mission involving that artist.
Does this confirm a music career for the player?
The biographies establish characters and their goals. They do not announce a player-run record label, an artist-management simulator or a revenue system. Those are interesting possibilities to discuss as ideas, but they need gameplay evidence before appearing on a confirmed-features list.
To follow future footage, look for which characters share a scene and whether the dialogue names the label, the club or the act. Our character relationship guide and Jack of Hearts explanation make those connections easier to track.
