Jason’s background includes Army service followed by work for drug runners in the Keys. Brian’s property and local operations give that situation a concrete connection. Cal is described as Jason’s friend and another associate of Brian.
Lucia brings her own history: family ties to Liberty City, imprisonment in Leonida and a plan for a better life. Rockstar places the pair together when an easy score goes wrong. It does not publish a full sequence of every event that led to that point.
Boobie, Dre’Quan and Real Dimez
Boobie’s club and recording business connect to Dre’Quan’s ambitions. Real Dimez, the duo of Bae-Luxe and Roxy, are signed to Only Raw Records. These are useful names to recognize when dialogue moves between a club, a studio and a label.

Where Raul belongs
Rockstar describes Raul Bautista as an experienced bank robber who seeks people willing to take risks. That establishes his role in the cast. It does not, by itself, tell us which characters complete every robbery with him or where a final alliance ends.
