It gives you a named park on the public map. It does not give elevation, trail mileage, or a visitor-center list. “Mount” is part of the name Rockstar printed. It is not a geology paper.

The park is a sibling of Vice City and the other shown regions, not a neighborhood overlay on the city. Comparing it to a real national park’s acreage is the same error as measuring Leonida from a trailer still: unofficial math dressed as a spec.
Basketball is shown in trailer footage for the game, not as a park program. Vehicle customization shops are shown in screenshots, not as a Kalaga visitor center. PC remains unannounced and does not get a mountain SKU. Preload week is still November 12 — a download date, not a park-open date.
