Playable Tommy Vercetti is not confirmed for GTA 6. The leads are Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos. Official store copy for the Vintage Vice City Pack has pointed to a Tommy Vercetti shirt-inspired weapon pattern. That is a cosmetic nod, not a third campaign.
Will Michael be in GTA 6? Also not confirmed. Rockstar has not put Michael De Santa, Franklin Clinton, or Trevor Philips on the VI character list.
Vice City coming back is the part people mash into “Tommy is in.” A city can return without the 1986 protagonist walking out of an alley. Who is Jason and the characters hub stay on names Rockstar has actually used.
What the Vintage pack actually is
Buy before November 20, 2026 and you get the Vintage Vice City Pack on Standard or Ultimate. Digital copies also include one month of GTA+. Official extras talked about in store copy include vintage cosmetics, a 55 Vapid Stanier, an Ocean Beach garage, retro outfits, and that Tommy-inspired weapon pattern.
None of that is “Tommy is playable.” It is a pre-order window. Details live on pre-order bonuses.

Why the Tommy search stays hot
Vice City is the name on the trailers. Tommy is the name attached to the last time that city was the whole game. YouTube titles write the shortest path between those two facts.
A statue in a shop window, an Easter-egg billboard, or an NPC who looks a bit like 2002 cover art would still not be a confirmed lead. We will describe a cameo when Rockstar shows one and names it, or when the shipped game makes it unambiguous. Until then it is hope.
Voice-cast rumors are the same rule. Voice actors keeps confirmed versus rumored in one table so this page does not grow a fake IMDb.
Michael, Franklin, Trevor
GTA V’s leads are the other half of this search. People want a shared universe scene. Rockstar has done winks across games before. A wink is not a mission.
Do not take a 2022 leak spreadsheet as a cast. Do not take a TikTok “leaked radio call” as Michael. If Take-Two or Rockstar write the name, we add the name.
Launch is November 19, 2026 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The story you can actually pre-order is Jason and Lucia in Vice City and the rest of Leonida. rockstargames.com/VI is still the character source of record.
