Brian Heder is an established drug runner in the Leonida Keys. Rockstar’s official biography places his operation at a boat yard with his third wife, Lori.
Brian’s operation
Brian comes from an older era of smuggling in the Keys. He remains involved in moving drugs, but relies on other people to handle much of the direct work. His easygoing appearance is contrasted with his business instincts.
Jason and Cal
Jason Duval lives at one of Brian’s properties without rent, provided he helps with local shakedowns. Cal Hampton is also named as Brian’s associate in Cal’s profile.
The boat yard and these relationships are confirmed biographical details. An exact map coordinate, complete mission roster and Brian’s age are not given in that profile.
